Coronavirus / COVID-19 Information

At Manorhaus we take the health of our guests and their families, as well as our own, very seriously. We also understand the importance of being able to have a care-free holiday.


All guests at Manorhaus are expected to comply with the relevant local regulations applicable during the time of your stay, therefore we kindly ask that you take into consideration the following information and local regulations:

  • In public spaces, a minimum distance of at least one metre must be maintained to all people not staying in the same apartment as you (your 'household').

  • Please wash your hands frequently and use hand disinfectants where provided

  • Do not travel if you are showing signs of illness.

  • If, during your stay, you start to develop any signs of illness, please stay in your apartment and let us know.

  • Only the people listed on the Guest Form as occupying your apartment may enter your apartment.

The wearing of a face mask covering the nose and mouth is mandatory in the following situations:

  • in all shops

  • on the premises of service providers (e.g. tourist office)

  • on public transport and in taxis

  • in the gondolas and in gondola stations

  • in pharmacies, hospitals, and in places where health and care services are provided


Additional measures put in place by us:

  • 100% Contactless Check-In / Check-Out

  • All apartments disinfected between guests paying particular attention to high touch areas e.g. light switches, door handles, remote controls.

  • Apartments aired between guests

  • Laundry washed at at least 60 degrees and laundry disinfectant used

  • Anti-bacterial soap provided in each apartment

  • During your stay we can be contacted by phone, whatsapp, email or text

Advantages to booking an Apartment during COVID-19 times:

  • self-contained units; you have your own exclusive space

  • except for the apartment occupants, no one else, e.g. housekeeping, will enter the apartment during your stay (except in case of emergency!)

  • no shared areas

  • no communal dining at breakfast or for evening meal

  • as much or as little contact with others as you wish

  • kitchen facilities to prepare own meals / lunches if space at restaurants is limited or unavailable

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy


Please note the following cancellation terms apply to direct bookings only. Any bookings made through are subject to the cancellation terms applicable at the time of booking!

FREE cancellation is available up to 30 Days before arrival.

Up to 14 Days before arrival - 50% of the total price will be charged.

A FREE cancellation, up to 48 hours before arrival, is only possible if:

You are unable to travel due to official travel restrictions relating to COVID-19 imposed by the Austrian Government during the time of your planned arrival. (e.g. travel warnings or travel bans, border closures, or air traffic suspension)

If you are unable to travel due to illness or any other personal reasons, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance cover.
